Seriously, I see this looonnnggg tv + radio + concert schedule list and go . How on earth do these 2 boys manage it????? PS: I update their schedule list at the right-hand column in this blog. The fan in me is very happy to see so many activities, dakedo, chou shinpai for them yo. yes, I know I have already said this before in 1 of my previous entries. Heh...gomen ne~ I tend to be long-winded.

Went to Jenn's and read her report on the concert pamphlet photoshoot. I totally melted into a mass of goo when I read this:

It's just so touching! I really teared when I read it. Yes Takki, we love you! I love you!! This is such a characteristic trait of Takitsuba. For them, the feelings of their fans are always the FIRST, TOP priority. All the effort, sweat, lack of sleep, heart and soul they put into their work is just amazing. They just want the best for their fans. I feel so proud to be their fan, extremely proud. I'll not trade places with anyone at all.

I can't wait to see the concert pamphlets and the off-shot pictures of them playing around!!! I love their playfulness. It just shows how comfortable they are with each other. I won't believe any bad rumours about them because it's totally impossible. How can 2 people fake such a close relationship off-screen? 無理です!!!

I think I just woke my entire neighbourhood up with a 2+ min preview of Channel @ Making of Kamen at about 2AM. Actually, it wasn't even 2+ min because there was Channel @'s coverage of the Mask 2 event, including a short trailer of mask 2.

Channel @ gave a much clearer coverage of the Mask 2 secret event! You can see their dance moves much better!! The audience were practically jumping out of their seats and screaming at the top of their lungs too!! How lucky they are ne~~~

Also, they showed a little of how they shot the fast-rotating black columns scenes. I finally saw the dance moves for Kamen properly!!!

I love THAT move!! And here I go flooding my own post with caps again. At least it's easier this time round because the rotating black beams were slower.



Look at Tsubasa. He is looking sideways with sort of a scowl? And the way he arches his back and places his hand on his hips? To me, this is 1 of his unique styles in his dancing. You can have many people doing the exact same dance. But Tsubasa will somehow manage to stand out from the rest with his own style. Of course Takki's dancing is good too. I definitely love Takki's dancing yo! It's just that Tsubasa has this unique touch to his style.

I love this! Their fingers pointing up in the air and their hand on their waist.


I love this part too, where they have to lift their leg during the 360 degree hand rotation move.

Look at where their hands are!!! *drools an ocean*

There is this instance where they just pause and stand there after the hand rotation move while the black rotating columns move around them. A kakkoii standing pose!!!

And after the pause, they will do this hand motion, stick out their leg and flick their head backwards! Snuffles, I think this is THAT head-flick you were talking about. THAT last pose which killed you at Mask 2 cafe. Oh yea, it definitely killed me too.

Ok, I LOVE KAMEN period.

For Channel @, Takitsuba plays JENGA this time!!! Takki was so stunned by Tsubasa's reaction to 1 of the questions!

Takki: "What kind of song is Kamen?"
Tsubasa: "Good song"

Tsubasa answered the question so nonchantly and just proceeded to place his block onto the stack after answering!!! Takki was so shocked by Tsubasa's answer that he almost spitted out and fell onto the floor!! Kyahhh!!! These 2 baka boys!! What other questions are they going to answer?? I cannot wait to watch the whole clip!!!

Ok, couldn't resist it. Had to post a quick summary of today's episode. Must be because I just watched the repeat. And I have no idea why, but I am still feeling genki. But u know what? I bet I will be a zombie at work in a few hours time.

Finally!!!! The love story between Yoshitsune and Shizuka has progressed!!!! OMG!!!! *loracyn runs around room crazily in circles like a headless chicken* Okok, I better calm myself down and start from the beginning of the episode.

Yoshitsune and Shizuka are walking along a path in the woods. Yoshitsune is walking slightly ahead but always looking out for Shizuka as she is still limping around with the help of a walking stick. But he cannot hold and help her walk better because it is not proper for him to do that. And then we see Masako spying on them. *Ebil ebil Masako* She is jealous of Yoshitsune and Shizuka. She can see that they like each other and are jealous of their pure relationship and their happy times together. *kicks ebil Masako away*

Kichiji comes to Yoshitsune's house and visits everyone. He talks about Kyoto. Kyoto is in a state of confusion as the capital has been moved to Fukuhara. Tairano Munemori (1 of Kiyomori's sons), goes to visit the ex-emperor Goshirakawa. Hearing about Kyoto's messy situtation, Goshirakawa pleads with Munemori to let him return to Kyoto. Munemori goes back to report to Kiyomori. Although Kiyomori turns down Munemori’s request, he himself decides to return to Kyoto as he realizes other members of the Heike clan also wish for their return. All his sons have plead with him to return to Kyoto. In Kamakura, Yoshitsune hears about this. He feels sympathetic towards Kiyomori and understands his sadness and loneliness for not being able to be understood by his own family members.

Yoshitsune is in the woods picking flowers. (for Shizuka perhaps? ) He sees a flustered Masako looking around for something/someone. He follows her and sees a shocking scene. He sees Yoritomo with Kamenomae (his lover) talking away happily in this house. He saw that Masako is seeing this too. Masako is very angry and upset. She runs away crying. She bumps into Yoshitsune and both are arkward because they know what both of them have just seen. Yoshitsune gives Masako the flower that he has just picked and tries to comfort her. masako is somewhat touched by his words and actions. But Yoshitsune still feels very bad and apologises to her. Ehhhh???!!! Nani wo???? Yoshitsune, you do not need to apologise to Masako for your brother's sleezy actions yo!!!

Then, we see Kisanta and the others helping this lady. All of them are covered with soot from head to toe. They have just helped to rescue this lady from a fire. Her house was burnt down and she was trapped inside. Yoshitsune takes a proper look at the lady and to his shock, he realises that it is Kamenomae! This incident allowed Yoshitsune to witness Masako being jealous when she found out about the relationship between Yoritomo and Kamenomae. Yoritomo is furious with Masako and storms out of the house. He goes to see the burnt wreckage and is upset. In the meantime, Yoshitsune and Shizuka help to care for Kamenomae. Yoshitsune-sama, do not get caught in this complication situation yo!!!! Masako is an EBIL EBIL woman!!!! You'll never know what she is plotting behind your back!!!!

Yoshitsune is restless as the day for Shizuka’s departure for Kyoto draws near. At night, Yoshitsune and Shizuka play the flute together. Shizuka brings up the topic of her having to leave soon as her leg is almost healed. The incident of Yoritomo, Kamenomae and Masako inspires Yoshitsune to reveal his own feelings towards Shizuka and to confirm her feelings towards him. Yoshitsune asks her where she wants to be, to return to Kyoto or to stay here. OMG! I kyahhhed at his part!!!! It was like a totally direct declaration of his love for her!!!!!!!!!!! Then, it gets even better. Yoshitsune told Shizuka that he does not want her to leave!!! *loracyn screams even more and goes totally nuts, so much so that she is still too genki now at 4AM to sleep and she needs to wake up at 7AM for work* Yoshitsune wants Shizuka to stay!!!! But Shizuka is very sad. She does not want to leave and says that she wishes that her leg will not heal. But she has to return to Kyoto because her mother is there. Yoshitsune is very sad too. He was close to tears and his expression!!! OMG!!! It's not just his frowny eyebrows!!! I totally feel you Takki!!!! Your acting skills as Yoshitsune!!!! Super duper excellent!!! Oscar-award winning!!!!! Yoshitsune pulls Shizuka towards him and hugs her!!!!!! *gasps* And at that moment, the candle light gets extinguished. (NHK has this thing for dramatic effects. ) So both of them are hugging in darkness! *flatline*

Masako and Hojo Tokimasa (Masako's father) urge Yoritomo to turn Yoshitsune away from his side. *ebil ebil Masako* This is the the start of her planting the seeds of discord between the 2 brothers which will lead to the last episode of Yoshitsune which every Takki fan in the world hates!!!! *whacks Masako* What on earth is her problem?! Yoshitsune did not do anything wrong to her or harm her in any way at all!!! In fact, Yoshitsune respects her as his sister-in-law and even comforted her!!! Urgh..... Stupid woman.... Initially, Yoritomo wanted Yoshitsune to go to fight this battle, or to stay behind (I'm not sure which) but after Masako and her father's urging, Yoritomo's decision swayed. He changed his mind which shocked everyone. And Masako was smiling happily away that she achieved what she wanted and that she managed to influenced Yoritomo's decision. *whacks indecisive Yoritomo* Even Yoshitsune himself was shocked and upset when Yoritomo announced his decision in front of everyone. But Yoshitsune accepted his task readily and firmly. See???? Even his younger brother is more decisive and firm than him!!!!!! When Benkei and the other followers of Yoshitsune found out about Yoritomo's decision, they were upset too. However, Yoshitsune managed to calm them down and won their favour over. As Benkei and the rest will stand by Yoshitsune no matter what happens, they too accept Yoshitsune decision readily. Shizuka is seen overhearing this scene and is glad for Yoshitsune.

2005.04.23 = Takitsuba 10yr Anniversary!!!

Takitsuba, omedetou gozaimasu~~~~~ 10 years ago, on this very date, both of you got to know each other and it became the start of this blooming relationship that you have today!!!! Please spend the day together and reminisce your Jr days together, your fight to debut and all your achivements till date!! YOU wa stay together as a unit you hear? Go celebrate and drink yourselves silly! Takki, invite Tsubasa over to your house and play with your new racing cockpit!!!

Both Takki and Tsubasa were scheduled to be on air for Recommen last night. But Takki had to go shoot an important scene for NHK, so he didn't turn up. So, it was only Tsubasa, Yoko and Hina. But there is still some good news!!!

Talk about Takki's birthday party came up!!! Finally!!

Tsubasa said that he held the party for about 20 people at an izakaya. (eto, what is that or where is it? Sandy, thanks for explaining what "izakaya" is. It's a drinking bar! That's predicted with these 2 boys ne~ ) After that, the party changed location to a karaoke place and about 30 people attended. Tsubasa then said that he gave Takki a racing game's cockpit for his birthday present. Apparently Takki is into this racing game recently. Oh, does this mean that Takki still has time to play games? Yokatta ne~ At least we know that he still has a life away from work. Although looking at his schedule that I posted last night, I seriously wonder how he manages to find leisure time.

Then, during ToBase, Takki called in!!!!! He said that he was still at NHK filming. He explained that there was an important scene to shoot at NHK, so he decided to go shoot it instead of coming on Recommen. Hmm... I wonder what important scene is this such that it had to be done so urgently?? Then, Tsubasa said that the next time, they will be guests TOGETHER, maybe on 1st May. Tsubasa must be so disappointed that Takki couldn't make it! He wants them to be on air together the next time! Yes, you must do that yo!!! Yoko and Hina then said that they will be guests for Takitsuba Go! Con. Takki thought that they meant they were going to be guests in the audience. But Yoko and Hina said that they were going on stage to perform! Takki was like "Maji de???" Yoko and Hina said "Honto ni!! We'll cancel our work to go there!"

Ahh!!! Please do go on Recommen together the next time!!! It does not have to be on 1st May. Won't they be exhausted if they go on Recommen on 1st of May? They have 2 concerts @ Osaka yo. Please have some rest!!! Although I do so want them to go on Recommen together, because I know they will be baka and have so much fun on air.

Ok, I tried my very best to cut down on the number of caps taken!!!! But.....it's useless yo!!!! I still ended up with so many caps!!! No control at all!!! And many of them were really difficult to caps because the scenes change really fast, especially the dance parts!!! There were this black rotating strips blocking them all the time!! I tried to cap as many dance parts as I could. I had to practically cap the PV sec by sec!!!! But look!!!!! It's all worth it!! Takitsuba stripping off each other's masks!!!! Look at their expressions too!!! This PV is really the best ever!!!!

Yoshitsune Episode 15 achieved a rating of 21.9%!!! Omedetou!!!!! It's an increase again!!! Yokatta!!!

Yoshitsune finally meets his brother, Yoritomo today! Ahhhh.... such a touching scene as I watch Takki's Best Actor's acting skills in awe. Tears welled up in his eyes!!! But urgh......this is the start of it all!!! Nooooo...... Dec 2005 is unimaginable!!!!

Yoritomo gives Yoshitsune the duty of watching over the Heike troops on the other side of Fujigawa River. The Genji clan's camp is marked by white cloth while the Heike clan's camp is marked by red cloth. Kisanta & Company complain about the triviality of the assignment but Yoshitsune calms them down and urges them to work hard. Their accomplishment impresses Yoritomo. One night, the Heike troops at Fujigawa River mistake the sound of the flock of waterfowl for an attack by the Genji and quickly retreat. (Oh sheesh.... scared by the sound of the flock of waterfowl? Eh?? Ok, but the sound of the flock was really quite loud because the flock was huge.) Capitalising on this mistake, Yoshitsune & company crosses the river and captures the troops. One of their horses knocks a dancer onto the ground, with her face almost splashing into a puddle of mud. Yoshitsune sees this and tells his followers to help her. The dancer was placed to rest in a tent. Yoshitsune & company goes to the tent to check on the dancer. She wakes up and finds that she cannot move because she has injured her foot. Then, Yoshitsune looks at the dancer and remembers that she is Shizuka who once saved him in Kyoto when he was being pursued by the Heike clan. The start of their love story!!!!

Back in Kamakura, Yoshitsune meets Masako for the first time and she is dazzled by his presence. (Who wouldn't be??!!!! ) In Kyoto, Kiyomori is furious with Koremori as he led the troop which retreated at Fujigawa River. (Such an embarrassing way to lose a battle!!! )

War, battle starts. The Heike clan kills many people. Kiyomori begins to have nightmares that the people he ordered to be killed come back and haunt him. See see? That is what happens to ebil ebil people. Oh yea, and I noticed Gotari's new hairstyle. Geez.... erm... no comments about it. And we see that Yoritomo goes to battle. Someone tells Yoshitsune about it and Yoshitsune wants to go join his brother in battle. Noooooo.........!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don't go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's the start of it all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's so saddening!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was tearing near the end of the episode when Yoshitsune said that he was leaving because he wanted to go join his brother in battle. Yoshitsune-sama ikanaide!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

T&T @ Mask 2 preview screening was reported in various reports. There was really a SECRET LIVE performance of Kamen!!! Ahhh... lucky lucky lucky fans who got picked!!!

There was a press conference and performance after the preview. Takitsuba were wearing the plain black suits (the ones shown on the cd jacket cover most probably I think). But fans said that the black suits and SUPER KAKOII dancing looks almost like DIAMOND!!! Takitsuba, you heard your fans didn't you? Everyone was kyahhing over Diamond last year, especially after Harucon 2004. Seriously, I sometimes wonder if Takitsuba (or their manager-san or someone in their company) read fan sites/blogs because they seem to almost always give us what we want!!! Ultimate fan service yo!!! Makes me so proud to be a Takitsuba fan! But then again, it would be scary if anyone of them really do read fan sites/blogs. Imagine all our insane-ness/kyah-ing/rantings!! Ok, anyway, Takki trimmed his hair!!!! And I think a change of hair colour too? Definitely still as kakkoii as ever! No doubt about that! During the press conference, both were asked what/who they would want to transform into if they could put on a mask and transform.

Tsubasa said that he wants to become TAKKI!!! So that he can go to Takki's home and tell his mother all his secrets!!! Tsubasa said the exact same thing during Serenade PV making on Channel @ too!!! Tsubasa-kun, you really want to spill out all of Takki's secrets don't you? You can tell all of us fans yo!!! Ii yo!!! Honto ni!! Just blurt them all out during concert MC talk!!!
Takki said that he wants to become a WOMAN!!! Ehhh?! He said this is because he wants to know how a woman feels/thinks about things ie. fashion, make-up etc. Takki, have you been cross-dressing too much that you want to become a woman now?

Reports said that both of them looked very genki and happy. Yata!! So glad to hear that both of them were genki and happy. And Takki must have been so deliriously happy that he got to spend time with Tsubasa that he was cheeky and baka for the press conference photo shots. Yappari, they need to spend time together ne?

A rush of news as the date of release for the new single and concerts draw nearer. Hopefully that means a rush of d/l of performances and clips too.

First, I think Takki is scheduled to go to Esashi (where most of the Yoshitsune scenes are shot at) on 3rd May from 17:30-18:00 for Harumatsuri? It's definitely an event about Takki and Yoshitsune. Check out the link below.

But, ain't it chotto boring to wear plain black shirts + NO props for such a upbeat song? I hope they have great dance steps to make up for that. (Ah...makes me even have higher anticipation to see Kamen PV and performances.)

Btw, Takitsuba definitely spent at least some time together today. They went for the preview screening of Mask 2!!!! I think it was at about 2pm? Was there a performance of some sort after the screening?? Ahh..... lucky lucky fans who got picked to attend the preview screening!!!! Would it be the first ever public performance of Kamen?? Ahh... and it's even before the PV starts airing!!!

The last but EXTREMELY important piece of news, the title of Takitsuba's concert 2005 has been decided!!

Takki won the Best Actor Award for the Dorama Grand Prix in the 1st quarter of 2005. He won Best Actor for a leading role in Yoshitsune and Yoshitsune won an award for Best Drama too. Whee! Btw, Kame won Best Supporting Actor and Jin came in 2nd for the same award. Both won for their roles in Gokusen 2.

Checked out the Nikkan Sports News when I came home and hora!!! The article ranked all the winners of the other awards too and Takki was the ONLY one who got a FIVE-digit number of votes!!!! The number of votes Takki got are way way WAY much higher than anyone else yo! Yata!! Snuffles, you are right! Whoever needs ratings?

Takki said that the preparations for the Takitsuba concert are coming along. Songs from their JUNIOR YEARS and others are included. He is a little worried that there will not be enough time, but he believes that they can do it because they are CAPABLE KIDS. He wants everyone to remember all the dance steps and he said that the SERENADE STICKS are going to be SOLD at the venue! He hopes that everyone will be uniformed, as in dancing the same steps with the same sticks (and wearing the same concert tees).

Official Serenade bara bara sticks!!!!!!! I think after the huge success of Yume boas, they have decided to make something special for the concert this time round ne? I wonder how the sticks will look like? I hope they come with lights so that they can double-up at penlights too. And they are going to perform pre-debut songs!!!!! That is really so rare!! Whoever was worried about this concert not having enough songs?? It doesn't matter yo!!! It's really not often that they perform pre-debut songs! Yata!! Ahh....tanoshimi~~~~~

Takki has to update his Rengou regularly for my usual dosage of Takki baka-ness. Yappari, Takitsuba medicine works wonders. I feel so much better with this news already.
